 One Step At A Time relies on volunteers to fill our medical needs so that families can relax knowing that their child is receiving the care they need. Each program has a minimum of two medical staff to care for campers. We are always looking for physicians and pediatric oncologists to lend a helping hand. Nurse practitioners and nurses who specialize in hematology/oncology and/or critical care are also a welcome and necessary addition to our volunteer medical team.
