 Students may receive up to $2,000 for books or other course-related materials needed for college or trade school. Textbook Reimbursement scholarships are available to any pediatric cancer patient or survivor pursuing post-secondary education who was treated or lives in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan or Wisconsin. If you have already been approved for the textbook reimbursement program, click here to download a Reimbursement Form. Please send in with copies of your receipts and class schedule. Children's Oncology Services, Inc is unfortunately no longer accepting new applicants for the textbook reimbursement program. All applicants who are already accepted will be honored and reimbursed the full amount. |
