CHICAGO, IL –On Friday, November 13th, more than 370 guests gathered at the Four Seasons Hotel-Chicagofor Flight!Flight took guests on a virtual journey to Argentina, where they felt the influence of the region from the wine to the music. Guests enjoyed a cocktail reception, an exceptional dinner, seated program, which highlighted the joys of One Step Programs and the families it helps, plus musical entertainment provided by Michael Lerich and his Orchestra to finish the evening.

One Step campers Juan Escobedo and Amber Pflughoet received standing ovations for sharing their stories about their camp experiences and the impact the organization has had on their battles with cancer.

The event raised more than $225,000 throughunique silent and live auction items and a “campership auction” in which guests could donate and take away a plush toucan, who represented the children that they would be sending to camp. This is enough to send 225 of kids to camp.
